Paramount Pallet is the largest full-service pallet solutions company in Canada, with a national network of six company-owned and operated facilities, close to 170 employees, and more than 40 years in business. We provide pallet services to hundreds of customers across various industries throughout Canada and the United States.

Mark Sura President
Mark Sura PresidentMark has over 25 years industry experience, including roles in Sales, Plant Operations, Strategic Customer Development, and General Management. He joined Paramount Pallet in 1994 as a sales manager and in his time with the company has held various leadership roles including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales. Mark was appointed Director and General Manager of Paramount Pallet in 2017 and in 2019 was promoted to President of Paramount Pallet. Mark is passionate about developing effective teams to improve employee and customer satisfaction. He attended Ryerson University for Marketing. Mark is married and a father of three. He enjoys time on the water with friends and family and has dedicated the last 17 years to coaching various youth sports teams. -
Rob Lalonde, CPA, CMA Director of Finance
Rob Lalonde, CPA, CMA Director of FinanceRob has 30 years industry experience in manufacturing and telecom, in such management roles as Assistant Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting and Analytics, and Manager, Plant Analysis. A graduate of Durham College, Rob has his CPA,CMA and is the Board President for Durham Deaf Services. Rob joined Paramount Pallet in 2017 in the role as Finance Manager for the Canadian Operations. In 2019, Rob was promoted to Director of Finance. A great past time for Rob is collecting classic rock vinyl records and spending time on his Harley Davidson. -
Marianne L. Pelletier, CHRL Director of Human Resources
Marianne L. Pelletier, CHRL Director of Human ResourcesMarianne has 25 years experience as a Human Resources Practitioner, focusing on strategic planning, employee development, talent acquisition, labour relations and culture development. She joined the Paramount Pallet leadership team in 2018 as Human Resources Manager for the Canadian Operations. Prior, Marianne held various senior leader business partnership roles in a variety of business sectors including construction, technology, financial services and retail. In 2019, Marianne was promoted to Director of Human Resources. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, Certificates in HR Management and Labour Relations, and is a designated Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL). Marianne is passionate about travel, writing, gardening and loves to tackle 10k runs. -
Jose Yazo General Manager, Western Canada
Jose Yazo General Manager, Western CanadaJose has over 7 years of industry experience managing production, warehouse, and construction operations. His background includes auditing existing processes and designing and implementing quality improvement programs and processes. Jose joined Paramount Pallet in 2012 as the Manager for the Calgary depot. He then assumed the role as Regional Manager, overseeing the management of Vancouver, Edmonton, and Winnipeg depot operations. In 2019, Jose was promoted General Manager - Western Canada. He has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and an Operations Management Certificate. Jose is an avid cyclist, logging 400 kilometre weeks on a regular basis. -
Greg Hemeryck General Manager, Toronto Depot
Greg Hemeryck General Manager, Toronto DepotGreg has over 29 years industry experience, namely in manufacturing, in such roles as Procurement Manager, IT Manager, Accounting and Plant Manager. Greg attended Okanagan University College with an education in Accounting. Greg joined Paramount Pallet in 1998 in a logistics capacity. He has held a number of roles in operations leadership and was appointed as the Toronto Depot Manager in 2018. In 2019, Greg was promoted to General Manager- Toronto Depot. He is married and a father of two. He has a great passion for time with his family and enjoys coaching his children' sports teams. -
Serge Lavoie General Manager, Quebec
Serge Lavoie General Manager, QuebecSerge has more than 30 years of experience with manufacturing companies in the industrial, retail, and consumer product sectors. He held numerous leadership roles, in manufacturing sales and business development. Before joining Paramount Pallet, Serge took on general manager roles in different manufacturing companies and in December of 2023 was named General Manager for our Quebec depots. He attended Western Connecticut State University and Hastings College, studying math and computer science, and he has extended is knowledge by taking executive training programs through HEC Montreal. In his spare time, Serge is an avid long distance cyclist.
